INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Information you give us. When you contact us by phone, email, text or our website chat, or request information through one of our web pages, we collect what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, property address and details about the loan you're interested in.
- Online loan applications. Our "Apply Now" links take you to our secure online loan application, which is provided by our loan origination software provider. Information you enter there is used to process your loan request and is covered by our federal Privacy Notice.
- Mortgage calculator. Numbers you type into our mortgage calculator are used only to show you an estimate.
- Cookies and technical information. Our website platform (Wix) and our analytics tools automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you visit and how you reached our site. They use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work properly if you do.
Please don't send Social Security numbers, account numbers or other sensitive financial information through our website chat, email or contact forms. Use our secure online application instead.

YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us to stop marketing to you at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or call or email us using the contact details below. You can also ask us to update or delete information you've given us through our website, except where we need to keep it to comply with law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information. No website or email transmission is completely secure.
CHILDREN
Our website is not intended for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from children.
